I had a great experience at Lewis Grand Hotel. The location is convenient, and the staff really make you feel like family, especially Ahmed at the bar. The facilities like the gym and pool are well-kept and add to the overall enjoyment. However, the rooms do show some signs of wear, particularly the carpeting and some plumbing issues, which could use some attention.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the large room and the dedication of the staff, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities left a lot to be desired. I encountered a dirty shower head, carpeting that needs replacement, and a couch that felt neglected. The overall ambiance is nice enough, but the lack of attention to detail really affected my impression.
